A cosy, detached holiday home with a private entrance, no neighbours or shared spaces, in central Dénia, about 850 m from the beach. **Space and comfort** The 126 m² main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a living/dining room and 3 balconies. One bedroom faces outside; the other gets daylight from an interior courtyard. **Fully equipped kitchen** with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and utensils. **Feel at home:** air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work, Smart TV with Netflix, bed linen and towels included. A cot is available for babies, plus a workspace. The ground floor has the entrance, stairs and laundry area with washer, dryer and laundry sink. A mobility lift is also available. Entrance with video intercom camera and door-opening sensor. Coordinated arrival and personalised assistance. Free public parking nearby, subject to availability, and optional private parking for an extra fee. Pets welcome with prior notice. In this central location, urban noise and music may be heard during festivities. **A house with history:** this was once my grandparents’ grocery shop.
